PROCESSING TERMS
Order preparation depends on size and quantity of your total order. The bigger size you ordered the more time it is required to create and ship a pendant. The same works for quantity, if it is a bulk order, we preserve our right to take the maximum deadline to prepare the order. Material type plywood or wicker makes no difference for processing time.
Smaller sizes can be ready for shipping within 3-5 days. Making one lampshade of the biggest sizes require from 5 to 7 days including weekends. Please note that we don’t work on religious holidays by orthodox calendar. Keep in mind as well that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.
PAYMENTS
To increase our clients shopping experience, we can take all basic debit and credit card. You can also use PayPal to proceed with the payment or Payoneer. The prices are in US Dollars. If the order is cancelled, refund is processed within 24 hours.
SHIPPING
If it’s not a rush order we use state post companies like Ukrposhta, USPS, Canada Post, La poste/Chronopost for regular shipping. For express and fast delivery, we ship with UPS, DHL Express FedEx freight companies.
Shipping time mostly depends on the part of the year. The fastest delivery is in the least busy summer months: June, July, August. Delays are most common during holiday rush period: October, November, December.
RUSH ORDERS
In case you need to receive your order by a certain date you should message us before ordering and we will check if we can guarantee the deadline
SECURITY
If you have any questions regarding the cancellation/returns process then please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or website
We accept returns and exchanges as well as cancellations before the order is shipped. Returning fee is buyer’s responsibility including all taxes, customs and VAT. We refund immediately as soon as the package returned and checked by our shipper. Contact us within 7 days after delivery to proceed.
Cancellations are not available for customized and made by photo items. However, we always provide a photo of the custom item before shipping.
GUARANTEES
As an online merchant we are totally responsible both for our item quality and shipping. If the item was lost or damaged during shipping, we always offer our customer to choose replacement or refund. There are absolutely no risks for our customers.
